We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, usage, and imagery. Slight variations in packaging or formulation may occur without prior notice.

UBrain products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have an existing medical condition.

All prices listed on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of order through the payment methods made available at checkout.

From time to time, we may run promotional offers such as free gifts or free delivery. Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply to our current promotions:

• Buy 1, get 1 free gift — while stocks last, limited to the first 100 customers each calendar month. Maximum of 3 gifts per order per customer.
• Free delivery applies automatically to orders of 3 or more bottles.
• We reserve the right to substitute any promotional gift with one of equivalent value.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes unless explicitly stated, and may be modified, extended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Orders are processed and shipped within Singapore. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless found to be defective or incorrect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or this website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
